- Acquisition team is responsible for the user growth base of Lazada. We are a team of passionate growth hackers from diverse backgrounds - including product, channel management, operations, business development, strategy, data analytics and tech. We work collaboratively across six ventures (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam).The role we are hiring is an operational role. The role will be responsible for new acquisition channels, focusing on wallet user exchange program to acquire new users for Lazada.**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and delivering user growth strategies in new channels especially wallet partner cooperation in SEA.
- Understand End-to-End user experience, manage and optimize user acquisition incentive/features to ensure reaching the business plan objectives.
- Responsible for translating business needs into specific product requirements and communicate with tech, product and different onsite-domain teams for new features launch.
- Design and test strategies that deliver better customer engagement and conversion under different scenarios and different features based on data analysis.
- Working with different stake holders, including payment, security, product, data, tech team to optimize the user journey to reach the optimal business result.
- Working closely with local teams(SEA) regarding day to day operations and ensure strategy framework is communicated and implemented well.

**Job Requirements**

3-5 years of working experience in E-commerce company for regional operational or business role.
- Tech company especially with wallet/payment company experience is preferred, consulting company experience is also considered.
- Knowledge of user acquisition and user lifecycle management is preferred
- Knowledge and familiarity in E-commerce industries or payment industry.
- Data analysis and modelling skills with strong business acumen.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
