About the job

Responsible for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers.

Key tasks:
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services;- Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders,- Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services,- Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up,- Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.- Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).- Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

What you know?- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Degree in Marine Engineering a plus.- Marine equipment and technical background preferred. (aftersales, spare parts & service)- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent team player and ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders.- High customer service orientation.- Has worked in company with international setting, and has worked with a matrix organization.- Self-motivated team player with positive attitude and drive to excel- Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
