Business development towards our range of services includes identifying and developing business strategies through exhausting opportunities in both local & overseas market.
- Perform sales visits regularly and develop new accounts with strategies to increase customer base.
- Perform market research surveys amongst customer base to seek feedback on sales and service techniques, follow-up methods and quality of after sales service
- Develop and implement all strategic plans to achieve the companys' goals and personal sales target set by the company.
- Learn the product and services knowledge and liaise with sales support to prepare quotations/invoices and answer customer's inquires.
- Liaise with Operation for the service progress and update, to manage Customer's requirements and expectations.
- Perform weekly & monthly simple sales report for review and implementation.
- Other duties assigned by the Management if any.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree on Engineering or other discipline
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years’ working experience in the Marine industry
- Preferred to have Diesel Engine spare parts/Service experience/knowledge
- Proven track record in sales account management and achievement of sales targets.
- Able to travel overseas with short notice.
