Our client, a leading and established company in Singapore, is expanding. Join them in this exciting journey as a:
**Senior Customer Service Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors/warehouse on their solution needs, after-sales needs and shipping.
- The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation.
- Generate and review sales quotations, order processing and invoicing.
- Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
- Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales, shipping, warehouse and customers as required.
- Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
- Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, warehouse, finance, technical, mechanical, service, sales and marketing, as required.
- Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Two years of relevant working experience in a mechanical and manufacturing environment.
- Able to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task and work with mínimal supervision.
