**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a team of Salesmen to meet sales goals.
- Set clear sales objectives, aligning with company-wide targets.
- Evaluate and enhance salesmen's performance through regular feedback and support.
- Facilitate training and development to boost sales skills.
- Efficiently manage and convert sales leads to achieve targets.
- Support the team in deal negotiations and closures.
- Maintain sales department budget to meet financial goals.
- Generate and review sales reports, analyzing performance and identifying improvement areas.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Execute additional duties as required.
