**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist
We are seeking a talented and experienced **CRO Strategist **to lead and drive the optimization efforts for our client’s shop app, focusing on improving conversion rates and overall user experience. As the lead strategist, you will lead client discussions and mentor a team of CRO specialists, identifying opportunities, running A/B tests, and collaborating with cross functional teams to implementing and track the performances of all initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Formulate and Execute CRO Strategy**:Develop and lead the execution of data-driven conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates across the app.
- **User Journey Optimization**:Identify friction points in the conversion funnel and propose data-driven solutions.
- **A/B Testing & Experimentation**:Design and execute A/B tests to validate strategies and optimize user experiences though UIUX initiatives or via Insider platform
- **Analyze & Report Performance**:Report performances of all CRO, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Manage Client Relationships**:Ensure client goals are met by delivering impactful results, maintaining strong communication, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on goals and performance.
- **Team Leadership**:Oversee and mentor CRO specialists and collaborating with cross functional teams
- **Thought Leadership**:Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing innovative ideas and best practices to drive continuous app optimization and inspire the team and clients.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a CRO role, preferably in an e-commerce or mobile app environment.
- Proficiency with CRO tools (Insider platform) and analytics platforms is a must
- Solid analytical abilities, capable of deciphering intricate data and offering practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings to stakeholders.
