
Senior Conversion Growth Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) professional to join our team and take charge of designing a world-class conversion engine. As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for architecting the on-site revenue engine in collaboration with our leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of measurably lifting conversion rates for e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. They will possess strategic problem-solving skills and understand how to blend data, copy, and user experience to create winning tests.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly design and own the entire on-site conversion strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Act with autonomy to test, innovate, and scale winning strategies across the entire user journey.
- Influence a multi-million dollar revenue stream and help position our company as a premier luxury brand globally.
- A 3+ year history of measurably lifting conversion rates for e-commerce or D2C brands.
- The ability to see beyond numbers and understand the story behind the click and the psychology behind the scroll.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to blend data, copy, and user experience to create winning tests.
