We are a fast-growing beauty brand committed to delivering real results in hair. We're now hiring a full-time CRO Specialist to own and optimize the entire online sales funnel—turning clicks into conversions and visitors into loyal customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For:


• Analyze user behavior across Shopify, GA4, Hotjar to identify friction points


• Plan, execute, and report on A/B tests for product pages, landing pages, checkout, and upsell flows


• Optimize mobile and desktop experiences for higher conversion rates and AOV


• Improve overall site UX with CRO best practices and data-backed decisions


• Create weekly CRO reports with learnings and recommendations


• Work closely with the founder and Marketing to align with business goals

What We're Looking For:


• 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience (Shopify or DTC brands preferred)


• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and AOV


• Strong grasp of tools: GA4, Hotjar, Shopify analytics, A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Convert, Google Optimize)


• Strong sense of UX/UI and mobile-first design


• Data-driven and detail-oriented with testing mindset


• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus


• Strong communication and project management skills
