
Senior Executive

The person in this position is responsible for administrative management within the Programme of Learning in the Office of Education (OoE).
- Responsible for general administration, coordination and execution of a variety of business functions with some supervisory role including but not limited to the following:
- Execute finance, budget, manpower, grant administration and policy interpretation processes to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Review, enhance and streamline work processes for value-add impacts and outcomes.
- Compile data, claims and reports in a timely manner with analytical inputs.
- Plan and execute Department’s initiatives/projects.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide administrative support to several faculty cohorts and students to ensure smooth execution of assigned longitudinal learning activities
- Liaise closely with faculty and relevant staff to clarify and align programmatic expectations
- Manage the operation of assigned longitudinal programmes across different curricular phases
- Ensure timely and clear communication among administrative team, faculty and students
- Learn about and manage functionalities of Student Learning Management Systems related to assigned course or programme, and communicate with students and faculty
- Manage reading materials, create online quizzes, and organise assignments for distribution to students, in close coordination with different faculty cohorts
- Plan and execute projects and initiatives directed by supervisor or manager
- Communicate student submissions and assignments to faculty
- Keep accurate and timely record of student and faculty attendance
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely management of faculty and non-faculty instructor non-PECT FTEs, fixed and non-fixed payments
- Collaborate with colleagues from across OoE and SingHealth in operationalising assigned longitudinal learning activities across phases
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by reporting officer
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or equivalent in a related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior work experience in an academic environment would be advantageous.
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
- Possess effective communication and written skills, with the ability to work independently and as well as in a team.
