Mercer and our clients talk a lot about workforce wellbeing and its importance when it comes to talent’s engagement, retention and productivity. We are looking for a passionate **Wellbeing Leader** to make an impact on health and wellbeing of our clients and be a strong advocate to lead conversations and make achievable solutions and changes in this area.
**We will count on you to**:
- Discover the wellbeing needs for various clients and delivering solutions to meet them;
- Lead client engagements, including but not limited to creating and implementing a workplace wellbeing strategy, cost assessment of various initiatives, implementations, and ongoing monitoring on wellness strategies and initiatives;
- Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, insurers and vendors to ensure our clients receive the most valuable and cost effective solutions;
- By using historical data, benchmark metrics, actively participate in benefits strategic planning, reviews and plan designs recommendations, to ensure workface wellbeing matters are addressed timely and have measurable impact;
- Draw upon Mercer’s multi-disciplinary team of consultants to bring the resource(s) forward to clients (e.g., communications, flexible benefits, etc.);
- Develop and deploy consistent assets and approaches for wellbeing consulting projects including training of internal teams on conversation starters;
- Build market presence by leading and presenting at industry seminars and conferences;
- Keep up to date on current wellbeing and workplace trends.
**What you need to have**:
- A passion for Wellness and internal drive to improve wellbeing of employees by using your knowledge, skills, and access to various data.
- Ability to engage various audience on the range of topics related to workforce health and wellbeing.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, psychology, public health or related fields
- 5 or more years’ experience in identifying, designing, recommending and implementing efficient, innovative wellness solutions to employers' complex health management challenges;
- Understanding the wellness marketplace and latest industry trends;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work independently and on a team;
- Comfortable working solo and as part of a team;
- Obtain and maintain appropriate licenses as required by state regulations and Mercer policies.

- Experience of introducing any wellbeing solution either as part of your internal role or as an external consultant;
- Proactive and enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload and to work under pressure;
