**The role: Regional Rewards Analyst**

**What can you expect?**
- Responsibility for analytical support on rewards trends and industry level insights sharing (including liaison with clients on running custom polls & surveys, defining survey structures, work with internal parties to implement survey, review results outcome, and ensure timely report delivery to the clients)
- Active engagement in running industry specific events, defining agenda representing industry HR trends and working with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the logistics are set up to run the event smoothly.

**We will count on you**:

- Be the 1st point of contact for client queries on Mercer Surveys and products. Actively liaison with internal Mercer teams to ensure effective & timely resolution to client queries and issues, on an ongoing basis.
- Build & maintain strong client relationships with industry clients within the region.
- Assist industries leader in client projects relating to rewards (including research and leveraging Mercer propriety know-how)
- Keeping up to date on developments within the HR ecosphere as well as organization specific.
- Build a holistic understanding of Mercer offerings across Lines of Business and identify opportunities to upsell these to clients based on their requirements.
- Attend and participate in client meetings to discuss requirements, manage relationship and often present specific areas and points of view.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree holders with strong academic track-record
- Strong interest in data analysis
- Comfort with multilayer stakeholder management
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with HR professionals externally
- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written

**What makes you stand out**:

- 1-2 years experience in HR particularly Rewards & Compensation
- Familiarity and exposure to surveys and compensation and benefits/ HR functional area
