**Responsibilities**:
You shall play the role of business partner to our staff for all people matters. You will be responsible for general support in the full spectrum of HR functions, with an emphasis on the following areas:
- Engage and provide advisory to business leaders in supporting Talent Acquisition, developing Capability Building and Learning & Development initiatives.
- Facilitate regular dialogues on talent matters which include HR cycles such as Performance Management, Manpower Budgeting and Employee Engagement programmes.
- Apart from managing the day-to-day HR operations which includes recruitment activities, HR reporting requirements and taking on HR assignments on a project basis, you can also expect exposure to International Assignments and Compensation and Benefits when the opportunity arises.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of HR experience
- Some background in areas of recruitment and capability development will be advantageous
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Meticulous and comfortable in dealing with figures
- Proactive team player who is able to engage stakeholders and undertake assignments with mínimal supervision
- Driven and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
