**The Job**:
- Full-spectrum of HR administrations, including letter generation, performance appraisal, and other HR-related functions.
- Tracking and processing confirmation and contract reviews.
- Act as cover for Monthly payroll processing and other associated statutory contributions and claims, such as CPF submissions, IRAS tax submissions, FWL, Childcare, NS Pay and Maternity, etc
- Help organize training & development initiatives and training administration.
- Assist in staff engagement activities
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
- Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in HR generalist role, with payroll function.
- Good understanding of the Singapore employment laws and CPF acts.
- Meticulous and pays strict attention to details.
- A good team player and also able to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Additional Information**:
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
- 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
- Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:15 pm / 08:30 am to 05:45 pm
