**Work Location: NSRCC Kranji (50 Neo Tiew Lane 3)**

**11) FULL-TIME TECHNICIAN / SENIOR TECHNICIAN (NSRCC KRANJI)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily maintenance of the following items:

- electrical works
- mechanical pumps
- air-conditioning system
- plumbing repairs
- Oversee works completed by contractors are as per our requirements and completed within timeframe
- Ensure all technical equipment/machines are in good running condition
- Standby night duties for exigency call for NSRCC Kranji
- Assist the implementation and corrective maintenance programmes
- Handle complaints and repair works accurately and timely
- Responsible for the requisition of all light bulbs, electrical items, mechanical and hardware in NSRCC Kranji
- Must be able to manage basic office administrative skills

**Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC in Electrical & Air-conditioning or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Good in decision-making, possess integrity, resourceful and able to work long hours if required Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays

**Additional Information**:

- 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
- Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:30pm
- Monthly laundry and mobile allowances provided
- Staff transport provided at Kranji MRT station (7:45am)

**8) FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (GOLF, NSRCC CHANGI)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the reservations of golf slots for members and corporate members
- Perform registration and issuance of course tickets
- Key in of golfers’ scorecards
- Respond to phone enquiries
- Tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accounted for by the end of the shift/day
- Ensure that ISO Quality Procedures are compiled with
- Assist the Executives on the proper regulation of golf operations including competitions and activities
- Announce the opening and closing of the golf course during inclement weather
- Deliver accurate information to members/guests and ensure important notices are displayed on the notice board

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'N' level with 1 year experience in a similar field
- Customer service oriented
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays

**Additional Information**:

- 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
- Rotating Shifts: 6:30am to 3:30pm / 6:30am to 4:15pm / 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Monthly laundry allowance provided
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
- Staff transport for 6:30 am shift is not provided but shift allowance will be given
