Changi Airport Recreation Club (CARC) is looking for a Part-Time Customer Relations Officer to join our team If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you

Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2

**Salary**: $10/hr

Shifts: Afternoon shift only (minimum 3 days per week, including weekends & public holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relations and inquiries (phone, walk-ins, online bookings)

Handle facilities & membership payment transactions (Cash, NETS & QR)

Maintain weekly & monthly activity reports

Assist in room bookings, logistics setup, teardown & event coordination

Update bookings in CMS and simple notices on the website

Cover duties when staff are on leave/MC

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:
✔ Relevant experience in customer service

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office

✔Able to commit to afternoon shifts, weekends & public holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $80.00 - $96.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
