**The Job**:
- Daily inspection of the Sports and Recreation, Fruits Machine (Jackpot) Room, as well as Sea Sports areas of the Club (including Sea Sports Centre) to ensure that the various activities are carried out in appropriate manners, and the cleanliness and serviceability of the Club’s facilities and equipment are well maintained
- Assist in the ordering, stocking, recording and sale of all sports-related goods and accessories
- Administration and marketing of specific Sports and Recreation activities (including Sea Sports activities and Fruits Machine operation)
- Supervise Asst Executive and Officer (S&R) where applicable and liaise with Secretary (Resort) on departmental matters
- Attend sub-committee meetings
- Ensure that well-being of Members are taken into account when planning programmes & activities, tournaments and initiatives to improve utilization of the various facilities (including Sea Sports and Fruits Machine) and events take-up rates
- Ensure that staff and members adhere to the rules and bye-laws at the assigned facilities
- May collate materials from all sporting sections, including names with photographs for the Club’s publications
- Source for sponsorship for various sports and recreations event and coordinate with sponsors on advertising and publicity
- Respond to members’ feedback on S&R facilities/activities and take appropriate necessary actions
- Make formal proposals to management for events / classes
- Vet post-event reports submitted by staff and check that all admin matters are in order
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
Possesses good communication skills
- Creative, customer service orientated, highly independent, motivated and goal-orientated
- Must be able to perform Duty Manager role on selected weekends (Approx 2 to 3 per month. Time-off will be granted.)

- Normal Working Hours (Mon to Fri)
- 8:00 am to 5:15 pm OR 8:30 am to 5:45 pm
- Working Hours (For Weekday Duty Manager Duty)
- 8:00 am to 5:15 pm / 10:45 am to 8:00 pm
- Working Hours (For Weekend Duty Manager Duty)
- 8:00 am to 2:00 pm / 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Mobile allowance will be provided
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
