**Your tasks**:

- As a HR Business Partner to R&D and Systems Engineering, you will focus on the following:

- Partnering and supporting the business units in a full spectrum of HR functions which includes talent acquisition and retention, talent review and management, compensation and performance management.
- Develop people strategies that closely supports the overall objectives of the organization and facilitate solution delivery through leveraging the full capability of the HR function
- Lead organization change management process in response to business strategies
- Participate in and support the business units in manpower planning strategy and budgeting process
- Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance and development
- Partner with HR Shared Services to facilitate HR processes
- Facilitate employee engagement strategies with business unit(s)

**Your qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering, HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of diverse generalist HR experience in an MNC environment.
- Ability to balance between being ‘hands-on’ and ‘strategic’
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborative by nature with strong people skills
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability and use of data to provide key business insights
- Strong ownership on execution with focus on result orientation
