**About Role**
As **Senior Manager, Total Rewards** for our **Global Emerging Markets (GEM)** business unit you will proactively review, develop, and lead the compensation and benefits agenda across APAC and LATAM to ensure Convatec has a highly attractive and retentive best-in-class approach to total rewards.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Reviewing and benchmarking existing compensation and benefit arrangements versus relevant local market and best practice
- Develop and maintain market competitive pay and benefits offerings across GEM in line with Convatec's Total Rewards philosophy and policies
- Partner with local HR to address specific pay, bonus and benefits related issues
- Partner with local teams to support the preparation of offers for senior management in collaboration with the Global Total Rewards team
- Support the roll out, communication and embedding on the new global grading and reward framework
- Manage the GEM annual compensation review and integration with Workday
- Lead local reviews and implementations of local benefit arrangements in collaboration with the the corporate global broker***
**About You**
To be successful you will have:
- Extensive Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in large matrix organizations
- A proven track record in crafting and conceptualizing rewards frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of APAC country benefits and compensation requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and tell a story
- Worked with a broad range of survey providers and benchmarking tools
- Knowledge of Workday
- Confidence working within a dynamic and transforming environment, capability to be self sufficient, manage ambiguity and prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and support senior leaders and collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team and greater HR community
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits practices in LATAM and dealing with countries experiencing hyper inflation (highly desirable)
