- Develop, plan, and implement a structured medical framework to achieve departmental goals.
- Assess workload demands, manage recruitment, and onboard qualified medical professionals/ clinicians to sustain operations and services.
- Review staff turnover trends and implement strategies to enhance manpower retention and fill rates.
- Identify workforce gaps and collaborate with department leaders to address staffing needs proactively.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance service quality and patient safety through continuous improvement projects.
- Introduce and standardize best practices, policies, and protocols to strengthen the department’s human resource management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required; a postgraduate qualification or Diploma in HR Management will be an advantage.
- Prior Healthcare experience in doctors hiring is a must.Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
