**Main Responsibilities**:

- Talent Management
- Develop and actively support talent framework and policies for talent development, career management and succession planning. Identify and track the development of top talents and facilitate talent review and discussion with Department Heads and Senior Management
- Actively support and work with Senior Management and Department Heads on targeted strategies and action plans for succession planning
- Develop and implement talent development activities for the Graduate Management Associate Program which includes job mapping, planning and execution of rotation plans
- Ensure learning objectives are met and set targets for all Management Associates are achieved between rotations
- Performance Management and Scorecard tracking
- Collate and update monthly corporate scorecard achievements, including revenue team transaction pipeline scorecard
- Facilitate senior management discussions during performance moderation
- Administer performance management system ensuring half year review and formal full year review are completed on time and all forms signed off
- Administer goal setting and workplan submission by all employees; and review KPIs are specific and measurable
- Review employees’ evaluation to ensure no deviation from goals / targets set at start of the year, and escalate to Head of HR for any deviation or performance falling behind targets
- Manage and implement performance coaching and counseling
- Training & Development
- Drive and actively support the learning and development agenda across the Company
- Review and calibrate competency framework/policies in line with the learning and development agenda of the Company
- Conduct annual training needs analysis and develop annual training plan and budget
- Maintain training and conference database. Update changes in government
- initiatives for training and skill development grants
- Evaluate training effectiveness and consolidate evaluation report to Department Heads. Make recommendations to enhance the training plan and budget
- Office & Travel Management
- Oversee the Office and Travel Department in the day-to-day operations for all offices
- Owner of the policies and procedures relating to office management and business travel
- Source for office space when need arises due to the expansion / rationalization of the workforce in each international office
- Projects
- Provide HR advisory, anticipate and meet the HR needs of the respective Department
- Assist and actively supports ad hoc business projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR field, with at least 3 years relating to learning & development and talent management. Global or regional HR experience would be an added advantage
- Well versed in Singapore employment laws, statutory guidelines and industry best HR practices
- Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple complex issues
- Effective communicator with strong inter-personal skills. Able to influence and manage employees of all levels
- Able to work independently, perform well under pressure and thrive in a face-pace and dynamic work environment
