Our Client is a Japanese retail solutions and services Company. The role of a Talent Success & HR Manager is to be responsible for Talent Success as well as HR Administration. You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
- 【 What you will be doing 】
- Talent Success- Support in data mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities and recommending services to meet client’s needs
- Generate and develop new clients by making cold calls/and generating leads independently (F2F visit or phone), professional networking
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Identifying key decision makers and leveraging opportunities to promote and cross-sell our services
- Negotiate agreement terms with clients to fulfil the company’s objectives and sales goals
- Sharing market insights and tabulating monthly sales reports with the team
- Work in conjunction with other Talent Consultants and Training Team
- Able to support sales presentations and build good relationships with Clients and Talents
- Support event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
- Support collaborations and partnerships with schools, external vendors, suppliers etc.

HR Administration- Provide support on the full spectrum of HR activities for field teams such as:

- Collating timesheets from Part-Time Staff and tabulating the hours accordingly and compliance with statutory requirements including CPF, Maternity Claims, Childcare Claims, NS Claims and Tax Filing
- Liaise closely with clients in all HR-related matters
- Prepare payroll summary for submission for payroll processing
- Onboarding and Offboarding for all new joiners
- Updating and maintaining Employee Handbook, Safety Measurements SOP etc.
- Keep up to date on government grants, HR systems etc. and propose according to business needs
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of any personal and sensitive date
- Any other HR-related duties as assigned

- 【 What they are looking for 】- Similar role experience: minimum 3 years of experience in both recruitment sales and HR full spectrum (preferably managerial position)
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, HR or equivalent
- Must be CEI basic or CEI KAH holder
- Strategic and Analytical Thinker, Team Player
- Result-oriented and Sales driven with the ability to cope with challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills
