**Job Title**:CX Ambassador
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking passionate and customer-focused CX Ambassadors to join our dynamic team. As a CX Ambassador, you will be placed on a training development program whilst you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging cutting-edge retail strategies and solutions. You will be the face of our brand partners, responsible for creating memorable interactions and ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Personalized Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Learn how to use data-driven insights to provide personalized product recommendations and solutions.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
**Omnichannel Support**:
- Seamlessly assist customers with online orders, returns, and inquiries.
- Leverage digital tools and technology to enhance the customer's journey, whether in-store or online.
- Promote click-and-collect and same-day delivery services.
**In-Store Technology Expertise**:
- Utilize interactive displays, digital tools, and AR/VR experiences to educate and entertain customers.
- Facilitate smooth and efficient self-checkout experiences.
- Be proficient in using mobile point-of-sale systems.
**Exceptional Customer Service**:
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate a commitment to resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
**Sustainability and Social Responsibility**:
- Educate customers about sustainable products and initiatives.
- Promote our commitment to social causes and community engagement.
**Data-Driven Insights**:
- Utilize customer data to anticipate needs and preferences.
- Contribute to data collection efforts to enhance understanding of customer behavior.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technologically savvy or with an aptitude to learn and adapt to new digital tools.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
