**Senior/HR Exec**

**Main Duties**
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programmes
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing of benefit claims, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids, awarding benefit contracts, designing and conducting educational programmes on benefit programmes
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**Administration and Documents processing**

1. Handle all administration work for onboarding, resignation, leave, and process letter of offer,confirmation.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in p-files and google records

3. To monitor the attendance and punctuality and update demerit reports timely

4. Arrange all HR logistic such as documents movement within outlets

5. Administer medical, insurance and other related claims.

6. Handle all Stationery purchases for office and outlet needs as requested.

7. Handles the work pass related process (ie. Application, renewal, cancellation)

8. Involved in annual review of benefits policy and employee handbook and make necessary amendments according to Company’s needs.

**Recruitment and Selection**

1. Posting and shortlisting in job portals and social medias for all roles and liaise with hiring manager for interviews

**Payroll**

2. To monitor staff absenteeism, overtime claims, medical leave, prompt submission of staff leave, claims and reimbursement etc

3. Work closely with paymaster and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.

4. Prepare prompt documents submissions for govt grants.

**Training and Development**

1. To assist in Work Safety and Health related trainings and ensure that safety is being observed at workarea, including proper usage of PPE and identify areas of improvement and prepare preventive measures.

2. To actively participate in activities that contribute to all department trainings and improvement initiatives at departmental and organizational level be it external/internal trainings to support business units in area such as performance management, employee engagement and KPI’s.

**Others**

1. To conduct HR audit to all outlets as and when assigned

2. To investigate any reported incident/accident immediately and reports on the action taken in a timely manner.

3. To collate suggestions from ground staff and present feedbacks that will contribute to company’s improvement

4. To represent and act on behalf of HR Manager during his/her absence as assigned.

5. To attend meetings and take minutes.

6. Up keep a tidy and clean office for safety work environment.

7. Organise company’s social and recreation activities for staff.

8. Have a positive mindset and team spirit.

9. Establishes open communication and maintains good relations with all colleagues

10.To perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
