- Verifying and processing of invoices from outsourced agencies submissions (100 headcount)
- Prepare payroll related reports for accounting purposes
- Respond to the employee queries related to payroll
- Ensure timely submission of all government paid leave claims (maternity leave, paternity leave, child care leave and etc)
- Assist in the recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and job posting
- Prepare HR documents (employment contract, confirmation letter, staff employment verification letter, etc)
- Assist in administration of staff benefits and welfare activities and provide support for company events
- Handle office related admin duties such as office facilities maintenance, purchasing of pantry supplies, liaising with vendors (cleaning service/ building management)
- Provide operational support to the HR Department

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1- 2 years in-depth payroll processing experience
- Strong numerical with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- A team player with a passion for human resource and admin work
- Familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and has basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures
