**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:

- Drive the Channels team ensuring close engagement with frontlines sales teams to help upsell accounts from basic renewals to latest Check Point technology.
- Ensure the Renewals organization consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly call and sales goals also providing touch points for existing customers.
- Interact with VP/Director/Manager level stakeholders and Channels to drive value realization from Check Point.
- Demonstrate fundamental understanding of Check Point's technology and articulate advantages of our solution against competitors.
- Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between Product Management and Support groups.
- Develop and evaluate key performance metrics; provide senior leadership, accurate summaries and analysis of activity, results and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Channel and high touch sales to understand and implement initiatives with the Renewals team.
- Provide strategic guidance, insight, and knowledge about market trends, customer attitudes, and effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Foster continuous improvement; ensure that all sales activities (sales calls, pipeline development, account planning, customer account review, etc.) are efficient, effective and scalable.
- Ensure that business conducted within the sales organization is of the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Foster a learning organization; leverage internal and external resources to provide opportunities for sales teams to increase knowledge, preparedness and skills.
- Provide clear and regular communication to Renewals sales teams relative to company direction, performance and achievements.

**Your Knowledge & Skills**:

- No less than 5 years’ experience in leading a team of Renewals and Commercial ISR - APAC scope
- Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
- Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
- Culturally sensitive with strong collaboration skills working internationally and within a matrix environment.
- Good understanding of Security fundamentals is preferred and familiarity with Cloud as well as network architecture would be a plus.
