We are working with a leading renewable energy company to recruit for a Head of Legal to oversee the APAC and ANZ region.
Responsibilities
Lead the legal function across APAC, providing strategic legal advice to senior management and business units.
Support project development and execution, including land acquisition, permitting, construction, and operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including EPC, O&M, PPA, and joint venture agreements.
Monitor and advise on regulatory developments in energy, environmental, and corporate law across key APAC jurisdictions.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
10+ years of post-qualification experience, with significant exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction.
