***1. HR Partnership & Business Support**
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to the Operations Team at Seletar, supporting business objectives through effective HR solutions.
- Partner with site leadership to address workforce challenges and implement HR best practices.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
- Return to HR HQ on a weekly basis to align with corporate HR, seek guidance, and escalate issues when necessary.
**2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning**
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR HQ team to manage recruitment efforts for the Seletar site, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives to align with business growth and operational needs.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
**3. Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related issues at the Seletar site, fostering a positive work environment.
- Partner with HR HQ team to manage employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
**4. Performance Management & Talent Development**
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing coaching for employee development.
- Partner with HR HQ to identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs for Seletar site.
- Work with business leaders to develop succession planning strategies.
**5. Compensation & Benefits Administration**
- Ensure alignment of compensation and benefits programs with corporate policies.
- Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and recognition programs.
- Partner with HR HQ team to manage payroll-related issues and employee benefits administration.
**6. HR Operations & Compliance**
- Align with HR HQ to ensure HR operational efficiency, including maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Support HR projects and change management initiatives as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and drive HR initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
