Singapore Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre Full time

Reporting to Cluster Head, Active Ageing, your primary role is to provide befriending, social connector service and administrative support for centre. Additionally, to assist with conducting and/or leading active ageing programs.

**Job Description**:

- Provide befriending and buddying services to frail and vulnerable elderly at their homes.
- Provide assistance through the role of a social connector for social and lifestyle interventions to support seniors in adhering to their health plan recommendations
- Assist with conducting and evaluating active ageing programmes within and outside the centre.
- Conduct community outreach and relevant need assessments to elderly within designated service boundary.
- Provide referral to help services for the elderly in needs.
- Perform administrative and reporting duties such as enrol new members, attendance records, visitation notes, and other data or statistics collection as required by funders.
- Other administrative functions include: invoicing, fee collection, cash receipting, and banking. Document management, submission of reports, claims, documentations or statistics to internal and external parties, and filing and record keeping. Assist in audits and documentation preparation.
- Assist reporting officer in purchasing and monitoring of centre supplies
- Perform tasks needed to facilitate effective centre operations.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer
