Job Title:
AAC Programme Coordinator

Description:
The AAC Programme Coordinator is a critical role within our organization, responsible for providing programme coordination and administration support for the Active Ageing Centre. This position involves working closely with the Centre Executive to develop and execute programmes that cater to the needs of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Centre Executive in coordinating Active Ageing programmes and activities.
2. Plan and execute programme logistics, including venue selection and resource allocation.
3. Recruit and engage active participation from seniors through various channels.
4. Attend to Alert Alarm System (AAS) and conduct home visits as necessary.
5. Administer Community Screener Tools on cluster seniors when required.
6. Support and update seniors with Information/Referral resources.
7. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
8. Participate in other related events and projects as needed.

Work Hours and Environment:
Work hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. A 5-day work week is standard.
