Active Ageing Programme Executive

The role of the Programme Executive is to develop and implement programmes that promote active ageing among seniors.
This position requires a strong background in community work, programme coordination, or working with seniors, as well as excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate programmes aligned with the five domains of active ageing: physical, cognitive, social, learning, and volunteerism
- Plan and execute daily activities including workshops, wellness sessions, and community events to enhance seniors' well-being
- Source and coordinate external trainers and facilitators ensuring quality standards and programme alignment
- Evaluate programme effectiveness through participant feedback, attendance tracking, and outcome measurement
The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Supervisor and other team members to align programmes with organisational objectives and foster a positive team culture promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
