AAC Programme Coordinator

Description of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Active Ageing Centre coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, planning and coordinating programmes, recruiting participants and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

In this role, you will work closely with our centre executives and managers to deliver high-quality services to seniors. You will plan, coordinate and execute programmes and activities that promote active ageing and well-being. This includes recruiting and rallying senior participants, attending to Alert Alarm System (AAS) and conducting home visits when necessary. You will also administer Community Screener Tools on cluster seniors when required and provide administrative support to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, communication, organisational and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is also essential. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide programme coordination and administration support for the Active Ageing Centre.
