Singapore National Healthcare Group Pharmacy (NHGPh) Full time

**Statement of Purpose**
- To ensure the smooth daily operations at Pharmacy Services Centre.
- To assist the implementation of operational policies and procedures and promote continuous improvement culture
- To assist Reporting Officer on the management of the operational and systems infrastructure of Pharmacy Services Centre

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
(A) Specific (80%)
- Operations Management
- Assist Reporting Officer in monitoring the daily operations of Pharmacy Services Centre, ensuring compliance with regulations, organisation’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of medications to clients/patients.
- Provide support to deal with operational issues.
- Coordinate the operational and systems infrastructure required by Pharmacy Services Centre.
- Conduct regular audits on the current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of operations. Ensure staff follow policies and procedures consistently.
- Provide support to Reporting Officer to implement service and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve systems and workflow.
- Participate in and coordinate the design and implementation of data collection and analysis system.
- Provide feedback and suggest action steps to improve pharmacy workflow.
- Assist in preparation of regular financial and management reports.
- Assist in the planning and co-ordination in the renovation of Pharmacy Services Centre.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct annual customer satisfaction survey.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
- Assist Reporting Officer to investigate into clients’ feedback and to prepare the written reply.
- Staff Training & Development
- Assist the pharmacist to coach new pharmacy technicians/assistants/attendants/storekeepers.
- Orientate new employees on activities and workflow.
- Regularly review the OJT to ensure that the training of new staff is effective.
- Quality Improvement and Service Delivery
- Assist Reporting Officer to promote a culture of continuous improvement in the organisations.
- Support strategies to continuously improve the process and operation of the institution.
- Continually review and evaluate services and processes and implement practice improvements and ensure medication safety.
- Ensure consistent and continuous improvement in the delivery of pharmacy services. Monitoring of key Performance Indicators and other productivity indicators.

(B) General (20%)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
- Involve in work place improvement projects/ activities as and when required

**Job Requirements**
Education/Experience
- University degree or equivalent.
- Preferably with relevant work experience in healthcare, operations, general administration, logistics, etc.

Personal Attributes
- Must have initiative, drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be team-oriented
- Possess good organisational, analytical and excellent communication skills
- Possess leadership skills
