Drafting and posting of job description on various recruitment platforms
- Looking for potential career prospects via recruitment platforms
- Arrange for interviews / follow-up interviews
- Conduct interviews
- Screening of interviews
- Follow through the whole onboarding process
- Brainstorming on new ideas for recruitment activities (on zoom or physical events)
- Full of ideas
- Able to think out of the box and create methods for implementation
- Keen to learn, brainstorm and have a positive attitude
- Prior experience or knowledge on the financial industry and recruiting will be a PLUS
**Work Environment**:

**Work Details**:
- Time: 15-40 hours/week
- Pay: $10/hour (part time), $3k-$4k (full time)
**Job Requirements**:
Minimum Local Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
