**Roles & Responsibilities**

Fenix Fitness, a premium personal fitness coaching gym, is looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service.
- Commitment to growing the FENIX brand and following up with inquiries in a timely manner.
- Check in regularly with existing clients to ensure they are satisfied and comfortable with their experience.
- Build relationships with clients, including anticipating and understanding their needs.
- Manage and resolve any customer service issues that may arise, working in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- May support Front Desk and other areas as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years sales and customer service experience, preferably in a fitness setting (commitment to leading a fit lifestyle is a bonus).
- Consultative sales skills with a proven track record.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Responsible individual who is motivated to work independently.
- Ambitious and goal orientated.
- Good computer literacy with an organised approach to keeping track of sales and leads.
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- Able to communicate well with coaches and front desk staff, where necessary, to provide a personalised client experience.
- AED Certified (FENIX will provide this certification).
