
Client Relations Executive

Reception duties
- Attend to visitors ad handle enquiries
- Maintain a good filing system and records.
**Administrative**
- Handle the admission, discharge, booking and coordination of transport for the residents
- Arrange for financial counselling
- Ensure that the residents’ records are updated and properly maintained
- Ensure all charges keyed into the CURA System are correct before generating invoices
- Send out invoices and monitor accounts receivables
- Generating receipts upon receiving payment
- Prepare day end report - Updating of E bed status in IRMS
- Updating of the hospitalization and home leave
**Others**
- Coordinating with Nursing head for assessment
- Coordinate with the Nursing Department for the services and consumables required and used by the residents and ensure that all these items are keyed into the CURA System
- Coordinating with Nurse Manager for bed assessment
- Coordinate with the Nursing Department for any special meals ordering
- Handling client’s feedbacks and redirect the feedback to the respective department head Coordinating with resident/family needs (E.g. purchase of ripple mattress and additional PT session)
**Requirements**:
- “A” Levels / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business or Equivalent
- With relevant experience in Nursing Home or healthcare industry
- Patient with good customer service
