Client Relations Executive

Do you thrive in people-first environments and enjoy building strong, lasting relationships? We’re looking for a confident and professional **Client Relations Executive** to serve as the main point of contact for our clients — ensuring their needs are understood, supported and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Understand client goals, challenges and expectations to deliver tailored solutions
- Assist with onboarding, follow-ups and relationship management
- Ensure a high standard of service and timely resolution of issues
- Track client interactions, feedback and service improvements in CRM
- Collaborate with sales, operations or service teams to support client success
- Prepare meeting briefs, client reports and presentation decks when needed
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, calls and events

**What You Bring**
- Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
- Confident and composed in face-to-face or virtual client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications or relevant field
