**Job Title**: Client Relations Executive

**Report To**: Chief of Client Relations

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Contract

**Job Summary**:
The Client Relations Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. We are seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to join our team and enhance our client engagement efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on projects and services.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
- Handle client concerns and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome to maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align services with client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide clients support on our products and services as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
