Client Relations Director | Head of Sales Asia (HNW)

We are seeking a senior travel industry professional to lead client relations and sales for Asia, with a focus on Ultra-High-Net-Worth and High-Net-Worth clients. The role requires designing and delivering complex, luxury itineraries with outstanding service, and owning client acquisition and retention strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Own UHNW/HNW client acquisition and retention; build and manage key accounts.
  • Work closely with global heads for strategy and optimization of total company resources.
  • Oversee end-to-end design of complex, multi-country luxury itineraries (bespoke, time-critical, high service expectations).
  • Enhance partner relations (hotels, DMCs, airlines), service standards, and develop a regional client service team (with global roles).
  • Revenue/KPI accountability: client growth, repeat rate, NPS, and margin.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience at a small to medium sized luxury travel agency tailoring complex and sophisticated travel itineraries, including personal responsibility for project finances and control
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel brands & affiliations
  • Good client relations and inter-personal skills
  • Driven, proactive, and structured
  • High level of attention to detail and service delivery
  • University degree with honors (or equivalent first-class/distinction)
