About The Role – Senior Client Relations Director
In this role, your primary focus will be building meaningful conversations with individuals who are exploring personal and professional growth. You'll use a consultative approach to help qualified prospects evaluate our programs and make informed decisions based on their goals and readiness.
This is not a volume-based sales role. It's about building trust, asking the right questions, and creating a clear path forward for those who are aligned with what we offer.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate and manage outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Guide prospective clients through structured discovery conversations
Share program details with professionalism and insight—no pressure tactics
Use tools like CRM software, Zoom, and scheduling apps to manage your pipeline
Engage in regular team collaboration and skill-building sessions
Monitor personal progress and adjust outreach strategy with support and training
Your Background Might Include
7+ years in client relations, consulting, strategic partnerships, or similar fields
High-level communication skills, especially in advisory-style conversation
A balanced approach of professional drive and personal integrity
Confidence in remote work and ability to stay organized in a flexible structure
Interest in leadership, coaching, or personal development topics
Strong English proficiency and comfort with digital ad platforms (training provided)
Experience in digital outreach or marketing is helpful, but not required
