About The Role – Director Of Client Relations
As a Director of Client Relations, you'll engage with prospective clients in a thoughtful, consultative manner. Your aim will be to understand their goals and introduce them to solutions that align with their vision for personal and professional development. This role focuses on quality interaction and high-alignment outcomes, not transactional volume.
What You'll Be Doing
Initiate contact with qualified prospects using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital tools
Lead insight-driven conversations that explore needs, goals, and readiness for change
Guide individuals through our structured introduction process to determine program fit
Leverage CRM, Zoom, and other systems to manage your communication pipeline
Contribute to a professional, collaborative environment through ongoing team sessions and knowledge exchange
Track your own performance and continuously optimize your outreach approach
Who This Role Is Well-Suited For
At least 5 years of experience in roles such as client engagement, sales, customer success, or business development
Strong communication skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
A self-managed, organized working style with a strategic mindset
Interest in leadership or personal development fields
Proficiency with—or willingness to learn—social platforms and remote collaboration tools
English fluency, both spoken and written
