**Company Description**
HitPay is a full-stack commerce infrastructure for small businesses, empowering them to accept payments online or in-person, with mínimal coding skills and resources. HitPay's all-in-one platform offers payment solutions including a free website builder, POS system, recurring billing, payment links, invoicing, payment APIs and no-code e-commerce integrations across sales channels.
**Role Description**
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, sales, or business development, especially in fintech, banking, or payments industries.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market particularly Thailand.
- Proven track record in delivering successful GTM strategies as well as developing and executing cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, using multiple channels and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data-driven decision-making and insights creation, using industry-standard metrics and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and build relationships across varying levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
- Experience in working with partners (resellers, channels, and payment providers) to drive growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to Thailand and Southeast Asia when required.
- Language skills: Thai and English
