**Front Counter Management**
- In charge of all matters arising from the front counter in the respective Training Centres.
- Helping to register learners into classes or training programs as and when enquiries are received and collection of course payments and required documents.
- Assisting to meet participants' course enquiries/issues by executing solutions according to processes and working with various departments to ensure it is answered correctly.
- First point of contact for participants to go to for feedback or grievances, ensuring closure on each issue with proper records and timely correspondence with participants.
**Class Engagement**
- To conduct the pre-class engagement task such as Issuance of Letter of Offer, Creating and uploading of class schedule into CRMX, Preparation of student’s P-files.
- Creating invoices for progressing modules and tracking any unpaid invoice, assisting with payment collection prior to the start of class and follow up with those with pending payment
- Contacting the participants who didn't turn up for the lesson of the course and following up with them accordingly
**Upkeeping of Centres**
- Managing the booking and usage of all training and meeting rooms, ensuring it is in conducive order before training begins.
- Prompt alerting to Facilities Management Department should any centre equipment has broken down and following up to ensure it has been fixed within a given timeline.
- Ensuring all communication materials be it brochures or notice boards or posters are stocked up regularly and no irrelevant or outdated information is given to the participants.
- Upkeeping the cleanliness and abiding by safety regulations in respective centres
