Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. Launched in 2014, we started operations in Singapore and have become the region's largest and fastest growing last-mile logistics company, partnering with over 35,000 merchants and delivering more than 1,000 parcels every minute across six countries.

Powered by algorithm-based optimisation, dynamic routing, end-to-end tracking and a data-driven approach, we provide best-of-class delivery services that delight both the shippers and end customers. But we are just getting started We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.
Ninja Van is building up a regional Pricing Strategy team to support the commercial efforts by the core sales channels across the six countries. This is because currently, there is no team that is singularly knowledgeable and accountable for pricing-related topics and issues.
The Pricing Strategy Team will have two Functions:
- Data Owner
- Pricing Business Partner
The “Pricing Business Partner” (PBP) function is responsible for being the single point of contact for a commercial team for all their pricing-related queries. The PBP is responsible for providing a solution with the support of the Data Owner and Product Owner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the go-to for all pricing initiatives and solutions for Ninja Van’s core business units
- Engage senior commercial stakeholders across Ninja Van to understand key business/pricing challenges
- Define the business unit’s pricing strategy, in collaboration with business head
- Drive the implementation of the strategy together with Commercial, Data, Product & Technology teams
Lead a team of Pricing Business Partners, across the Region
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in relevant business discipline
- Min. 5 years experience in partnering with a commercial/sales team, with a proven track record of identifying and solving business problems (in particular, pricing and revenue management) in order to drive growth
- At least 2 years experience in managing projects/initiatives with stakeholders across functions and countries as well as mentoring and leading a team of junior Business Partners
- Collaborate across functions - Data, Product & Technology, Commercial - to develop scalable solutions
- Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations, and being action-oriented
- Prior experience in retail, eCommerce, logistics or transportation industries will be an added advantage
