**Manager, Pricing Strategy**
**Department : Vehicle Sales & Marketing (BP60100)**

**Job Overview**
To lead and manage new vehicle Pricing Strategy process supporting UD Trucks International Sales vision. Orchestrate with other functions and projects the price position strategy supporting value delivery and maximize financial opportunities. Acting as a window for direction, recommendation, and analysis supporting business decision with data-based information. Responsible for setup and development of pricing function, tools, and process.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- ** **Manage the pricing governance process within UD International Sales in line with Business Manual.
- Lead in coordination with product management and project teams the new truck price position and feature price strategies.
- Monitor prices by regular price realization report and positioning review.
- Act as point of contact and reference for pricing information and input for other teams and processes.
- Prospect pricing data for pricing intelligence and develop reporting and information repositories.
- Manage pricing implementation for direct importer markets price list release and intro blocks.
- Conduct ad hoc price reviews in cooperation with invoicing, accounting, business control team.
- Support financial estimates with pricing inputs and action plan to deploy wish pricing position strategy.
- Deliver quotations and deal discount as per demand.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
- Responsible for pricing base logic in related sales systems and tools.
- Responsible for pricing and discount data in line with JSOX requirements.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Minimum qualifications**
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or Economics.
- Over 5 years of experience in pricing strategizing within automotive industry, in special with commercial vehicle segment and preferably in multinational companies.
- Curious and learning oriented.
- Self-starter with a proactive and can-do mindset.
- Understand the transport industry trends and technologies.
- Business acumen understanding of price and value dynamic from customer's perspective.
- Ability to collect, organize and use price information and translate it into operational and tactical actions with critical thinking and influence for strategic recommendations.
- Disciplined and organized in managing operational and routine activities.
- Possesses leadership, communication, interpersonal and influential skills.
- Ability to connect the strategical, tactical, and operational activities.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at structured and methodical problem-solving.
- Active team player, working in coordination with cross functional teams and in all organization levels, in an international and cross-cultural environment.
