Job Title: Senior Pricing Manager">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pricing strategy and commercial modeling efforts.

  2. Liaise with Sales and Commercial Leads to develop effective pricing strategies for regional facilities management bids.">
  3. Own and be accountable for the pricing strategy from end to end, specializing in at least two product pricing strategies.">
  4. Understand the business context and provide guidance and challenge to internal teams on models and pricing/cost inputs across the business.">
  5. Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering meets both our requirements and those of client executives.">
  6. Build models to simulate various profit and loss scenarios as part of Commercial Review Board (CRB) sign-off.">
Requirements
  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in pricing and commercial modeling on complex outsourcing contracts, ideally within the commercial real estate industry.">
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data, and high attention to detail.">
  • High level of system skills and commercial acumen.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Confident in client-facing situations.">
  • Able to understand and interpret complex financial and commercial situations and explain them to a variety of stakeholders.">
  • Adaptable, able to present with gravitas, and build client relationships (internal and external).">
  • Trustworthiness - Can be relied upon to follow through on commitments.">
  • Focus - Set priorities and stick to them.">
  • Judgement - Exercise good sense, especially under pressure or when making sacrifices for the greater good.">
