About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead our team in developing competitive price proposals for our sales team. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive profitability for our business unit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to form effective relationships with diverse regional teams. You will be responsible for managing a team of Pricing Analysts, ensuring pricing expertise, process execution, and team member development.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing team performance and providing coaching and guidance as needed
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies
• Analyzing market trends and making recommendations to improve pricing processes
• Leading discussions with customers and stakeholders on pricing-related matters
• Developing and implementing new tools and processes to improve pricing efficiency

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably in a manufacturing setup
• Proven track record of leading a commercial pricelist mechanism
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
