We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Corporate Banking Manager - Large Corporates.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- To grow New to Bank clients in the Renewables and Sustainability Finance space
- Manages relationship with internal stakeholders including Risk and various other product partners
- Support achievement of the team vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role
- Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment
- Suggest ideas and contribute to implementing actions that will improve quality or the way teams and individuals work together
- Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raise any concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in line with reporting and escalation procedures
Requirements
- Relevant years of Relationship Manager experience in the Renewables Energy space with skills in Structured Finance and Project financing
- Ability to demonstrate insight and industry knowledge in the sector
- Relevant corporate banking with strong credit analytical skills in the sector with client facing roles
- Preferred degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy
- Ability to work as a team player
