We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our Customer Service team. You will be responsible to attend and support our customer accounts’ queries, working with both external parties and internal teams to ensure all inquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that customers inquires and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to maintain high levels of customers’ satisfaction and report back to Reporting Manager.
- Work closely with sales & other internal stakeholders ie. Share Service Team, local ops, t/s, documentation and HQ - Cargo Flow team, Dangerous Goods desk.
- Updating weekly forecast accurately.
- Performing vessel closure.
- Work with external stakeholders (Customers) and HQ (Cargo Flow Management Team).
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (Shared Service Team/Slot Team/Operation/Logistics/Finance) to ensure bookings are fulfilled smoothly.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Customer support and problem resolution.
- Providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of booking procedure.
**MUST HAVE**:
- Diploma in Business, Management or any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
