As a Partner Support Specialist at Booking.com, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business by maintaining proactive communication with partners in the region. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for a portfolio of partners, answering questions, and following up when needed. You will also be responsible for fostering stable relationships with accommodation partners to ensure they offer our customers the best availability and competitive pricing.In this role, it is essential to have a strong understanding of Booking.com's products so that you can effectively explain their benefits and usage to partners. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities for partners to improve Booking.com's business and prioritizing these opportunities using internal segmentation. Additionally, you will need to identify new potential partner leads and pass them on for further follow-up.As a Partner Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling Customer Service escalations related to your managed portfolio and resolving them efficiently for the benefit of the business, partners, and customers. You will also support the organization of events such as workshops and webinars for partners and actively participate in partner events for your managed portfolio.Communication with stakeholders, including accommodation partners and account managers, will be a key aspect of your role. Therefore, strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Hindi, are essential. You should be solution-oriented, results-driven, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently are also crucial skills for this position.This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 40% of the workweek spent in the office and the opportunity for up to 25% travel for work (once a quarter).
