Job Title: Senior Executive Booking Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Booking Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Senior Executive Booking Manager will be responsible for managing the bed and surgical booking process, ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. This includes attending to incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

This role involves participating in team performance management, staff motivation, manpower planning, and implementation of contingency protocols to ensure service continuity. The successful candidate will also prepare monthly reports on call service levels, including justification and actions plans for unmet service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders pertaining to operating theatre bookings/bed admission requests.
  • Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Participate in team performance management, staff motivation, manpower planning, and implementation of contingency protocols to ensure service continuity.
  • Prepare monthly reports for call service level, including justification and actions plan for unmet service levels.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare/call centre setting. Supervisory and/or nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with doctors, clinic managers, and hospital staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SCM Scheduling, and Patient Flow systems.
